Terms of Booking

1. Health & PAR-Q Requirement

Before attending your first class, all participants are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This helps ensure that the class is safe and appropriate for your individual needs. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please inform the instructor prior to the session.

2. Personal Responsibility Statement

By booking a class, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and at your own pace, and that you will listen to your body and work within your own limits. Please inform the instructor immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort during the practice.

3. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in yoga and Pilates classes is undertaken at your own risk. The instructor cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained during classes except where caused by negligence.
