Personal Yoga & Pilates Coaching offers a gentle yet effective way to build strength, improve mobility, and restore balance in your body. Each session is tailored to your needs and may include Yoga, Pilates, or a thoughtful combination of both.

Together we create a practice that supports your goals, whether you are looking to strengthen your core, improve posture, reduce stress, or simply feel more at ease in your body.

Single Session – 60 minutes

Block of 6 Sessions
£330 (£55 per session)

A focused package of six one-to-one sessions designed to help you build confidence, strength, and consistency in your practice.

This option is ideal if you would like structured support but are not ready to commit to a full programme.

The block includes:

  • An initial discussion to understand your goals and needs

  • Six personalised 60-minute sessions

  • A tailored approach using yoga, Pilates, or a combination of both

  • Guidance to support you between sessions

  • Progression built week by week to help you develop strength and balance

This block allows us to work together over a period of time so you can see real improvements in posture, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing.

12-Week Personal Programme

The 12-week programme includes:

A personalised programme designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and develop a sustainable movement practice.

Over twelve weeks we work together to create a practice that supports your body, your wellbeing, and your lifestyle.

The programme includes:

  • Initial consultation to understand your goals and needs

  • 12 personalised one-to-one sessions

  • Tailored practice videos to support your learning between sessions

  • Guidance to help you develop a sustainable home practice

  • WhatsApp support (Monday–Friday) throughout the programme for questions and encouragement

    This programme allows you to build confidence, deepen your practice, and experience lasting benefits from yoga and Pilates.

My Approach

My approach combines the mindful awareness of yoga with the strength and stability of Pilates. Sessions are gentle yet effective, supporting you to move in a way that feels nourishing rather than demanding.

Alongside physical movement, I bring an understanding of how the body responds to stress. Many people come to these sessions not only to build strength and flexibility, but also to find calm, reconnect with themselves, and create space for rest and renewal.

You will be guided with care and encouragement, allowing your practice to develop at a pace that feels right for you.

Personal Yoga & Pilates Coaching takes place in person if you are local to YO62 (UK) and over Zoom.
