🧘♀️ My three-part philosophy
1-COME HOME
Come back into your body.
2-FEEL
Pay attention to what is here.
3-LIVE
Let what you discover inform how you live.
Or even more simply:
Come home to your body.
Listen to yourself.
Feel alive in your life.
Lets start!
✨ 5 DAYS TO COME HOME
A gentle five-day yoga and mindful movement challenge
Slow down. Pay attention. Feel better.
The promise is simple:
Give yourself five days to slow down, reconnect with your body and remember what it feels like to make space for yourself.
Then, at the end:
Ready to go deeper?

My body is always giving me information.
🌊 DAY 3 — MOVE
Find your own rhythm.
10–15 minute practice.
Breath-led, fluid movement.

Movement can feel good.
💪 DAY 4 — STRENGTHEN

✨ DAY 5 — FEEL ALIVE
Bring it all together.
15–20 minute signature practice.
Breath → movement → strength → rest.
Finish with a generous period of stillness.
Takeaway:
This is how I want to feel.
💛 The daily experience
I'd keep every day almost identical in structure.
1. Your welcome message
30–60 seconds.
2. The practice
5–20 minutes.
3. One tiny invitation
Something she can take into her day.
4. A gentle check-in
One question.
That's it.
For example, Day 3 might end with:
Today, notice one ordinary movement — getting out of a chair, walking to the kitchen, reaching for something — and see whether you can bring a little more ease to it.
Then:
How did that feel?
The Zoom session is where we practise and connect. You don't need to keep up with messages or homework between sessions. Come, practise, notice how you feel, and enjoy the experience.
deliberately small and intimate.

COME HOME & FEEL ALIVE
It holds both halves of what you’re really offering:
COME HOME
→ back to your body
→ back to your breath
→ back to yourself
→ back to what you actually need
FEEL ALIVE
→ stronger
→ more confident
→ more mobile
→ more joyful
→ more engaged with life
And it doesn't sound like another fitness programme or another thing a woman has to achieve.
It sounds like an invitation.
The core message
COME HOME & FEEL ALIVE
An 8-week journey to feeling stronger, more connected and more alive.
And underneath it:
Slow down. Pay attention. Feel better.
🌟 The promise
Come Home & Feel Alive helps women in their next chapter slow down, reconnect with themselves and build the strength, confidence and vitality to enjoy their lives again.
And underneath everything:
Slow down. Pay attention. Feel better.

4💪 StrengthenBuild physical and inner strength
5🌿 RestoreDiscover the value of rest and recovery

7🏡 ReturnBuild confidence practising independently
8✨ Feel AliveBring everything together and celebrate her transformation
🌸 The weekly experience
Each week could simply be:
One teaching
A short video or written/audio reflection from you.
One core practice
The week's main yoga practice.
One gentle invitation
Something to notice during the week.
One live gathering
A short live practice/Q&A/community session.
That's enough.
No giant workbook.
No daily homework.
No expectation that you are available all week.
No creating endless new material.
Your boundary:
The programme supports her practice. It does not require you to become her 24/7 yoga teacher.
COME HOME & FEEL ALIVE
An 8-week journey to feeling stronger, more connected and more alive.
Your guiding philosophy:
Slow down. Pay attention. Feel better.
The transformation
She starts here:
“I've finally got time for myself, but I don't know what to do with it. I want to feel better. I want to feel stronger. I want to feel excited about my life again.”
And eight weeks later:
“I feel stronger. I feel brighter. I trust my body more. I actually want to practise. I feel more alive.”
That's the journey.
🌱 The 8 Weeks
Week 1 — COME HOME
Slow down and arrive.
We begin by taking the pressure off.
She learns to pause, breathe, notice her body and experience being supported rather than having to constantly do something.
Practice: Arrive
10–15 minutes
Week 2 — NOTICE
Begin listening to yourself again.
Instead of overriding what her body is telling her, she learns to notice sensation, energy, tension, ease and what she actually needs.
Practice: Listen
10 minutes
Week 3 — MOVE
Discover ease and fluidity.
Movement becomes something she can enjoy rather than something she has to force herself through.
Breath leads movement.
Her own pace matters.
Practice: Ease
20 minutes
Week 4 — STRENGTHEN
Build strength without pushing yourself into the ground.
This is where she begins to experience:
“Oh. I am stronger than I thought.”
Strength becomes something nourishing and empowering.
Practice: Strength
25–30 minutes
Week 5 — REST
Discover that rest is part of becoming stronger.
No guilt.
No earning rest.
No feeling that she should be doing more.
She learns to genuinely stop, settle and allow her body to recover.
Practice: Restore
15–20 minutes
Week 6 — LISTEN
What do I need today?
This is an important turning point.
Instead of asking:
“What am I supposed to do?”
she begins asking:
“What do I need?”
And then choosing accordingly.
This is where your method starts becoming hers.
Week 7 — TRUST
Begin trusting yourself.
She doesn't need you standing beside her forever.
She starts understanding how to practise on her own, how to adapt movement and how to listen to her body.
She can take her practice with her.
On holiday.
At home.
In the morning.
Whenever she needs it.
Week 8 — FEEL ALIVE
Bring it all together.
This is the beautiful culmination.
Breath.
Movement.
Strength.
Ease.
Rest.
Awareness.
Trust.
She experiences the complete Come Home & Feel Alive practice and recognises that this isn't something she has finished.
It's something she can return to.
Again and again.
5 DAYS TO COME HOME
Before We Begin
A few moments for yourself
Before we begin, take a little time to pause.
There are no right or wrong answers here. You don't need to change anything or have everything figured out.
Simply notice where you are today.
You might want to write a few words, a sentence, or simply sit with each question.
Come back to these questions after the five days and see what you notice.
🌱 ARRIVE — How am I right now?
How easy is it for me to slow down and be present?
When was the last time I gave myself permission to simply stop?
What does it feel like in my body when I am rushing?
What helps me feel grounded and supported?
👁️ NOTICE — What am I noticing?
How connected do I feel to my body at the moment?
How often do I really pay attention to what my body is telling me?
Is there anything I have been noticing that I haven't really listened to?
What might my body be asking for more of right now?
🌊 MOVE — How do I feel about movement?
How does my body feel when I move?
What kinds of movement bring me pleasure or ease?
Do I tend to push myself, hold myself back, or find a balance between the two?
What would it feel like to move simply because it feels good?
💪 STRENGTHEN — Where is my strength?
How strong do I feel in my body right now?
What does being strong mean to me at this stage of my life?
Where in my life do I already know that I am strong?
Is there an area where I would love to feel more confident or capable?
🌿 RESTORE — How well do I allow myself to rest?
How comfortable am I with resting when I need to?
Do I ever feel that I have to earn my rest?
What happens when I finally stop?
What would more genuine rest make possible in my life?
💗 LISTEN — What do I need?
If I stopped for a moment and really listened to myself, what might I hear?
What do I need more of at this point in my life?
What do I need less of?
Is there something I have been wanting that I haven't given myself permission to want?
🏡 RETURN — What brings me back to myself?
When do I feel most like myself?
What helps me reconnect with myself when life feels busy or difficult?
How much space do I currently make for myself?
What would it mean to make a little more space?
✨ FEEL ALIVE — What am I longing for?
When do I feel most alive?
What brings me joy, curiosity or a sense of possibility?
What would I love to experience more of in this next chapter of my life?
If I allowed myself to imagine feeling really well and alive, what might that look like?
🌸 One final question
If these five days could give me one thing, what would I love that to be?
Take a breath.
You don't need to know the answer to everything.
Just begin where you are.
Slow down.
Pay attention.
Feel better.
5 DAYS TO COME HOME
What Have I Discovered?
Take a moment to pause
You've spent five days slowing down, paying attention, moving, strengthening and making space for yourself.
Before you rush on to the next thing, take a few quiet moments.
There are no right answers.
Simply notice what has changed, what you've discovered, and what you want to carry forward.
You may want to look back at your answers from before the challenge first.
🌱 ARRIVE — Can I slow down?
What did I notice when I gave myself permission to pause?
Did anything feel different when I wasn't rushing?
What helps me arrive and feel present?
Is there somewhere in my life where I would like to slow down?
👁️ NOTICE — What am I hearing now?
What have I noticed about my body during these five days?
Has anything surprised me?
Have I become more aware of what feels good, uncomfortable, easy or difficult?
What might my body be asking me to pay attention to now?
🌊 MOVE — How does movement feel?
What did I discover about the way I like to move?
Did moving with my breath change the experience for me?
Where did I find ease or fluidity?
What kind of movement would I like more of in my life?
💪 STRENGTHEN — What strength can I recognise?
How do I feel in my body now?
Did I notice any sense of physical strength, confidence or capability?
What did I discover about my own strength?
Where else in my life might I be stronger than I realised?
🌿 RESTORE — What happens when I rest?
What did I notice when I allowed myself to rest?
Has my relationship with rest changed in any way?
What helps me feel restored?
Where could I make more room for rest and recovery in my life?
💗 LISTEN — What do I need?
What did I learn by listening to myself?
What do I need more of now?
What do I need less of?
Is there something I know now that I didn't quite know five days ago?
🏡 RETURN — How can I come back to myself?
What helps me return to myself when life becomes busy?
Which part of the practice would I naturally return to when I need it?
What could my own regular practice look like?
What would it mean to make looking after myself part of my life, rather than something I do occasionally?
✨ FEEL ALIVE — What has shifted?
When did I feel most alive during these five days?
How do I feel now compared with the beginning of the challenge?
What am I noticing about my energy, mood, confidence or connection with myself?
What would I love to experience more of in this next chapter of my life?
🌸 LOOKING FORWARD
What am I taking with me?
The thing I most want to remember from these five days is:
The practice I most want to continue is:
One thing I want to make more space for is:
One thing I am ready to listen to is:
One small choice I can make for myself this week is:
💛 And finally…
If I could speak to the woman who began this challenge five days ago, what would I tell her now?
Come Home
You don't have to do everything.
You don't have to become someone else.
You can pause.
You can listen.
You can move at your own pace.
You can rest when you've done enough.
And you can return to yourself whenever you need to.
Slow down.
Pay attention.
Feel better.
Come home.
Feel alive.
Life coaching insights…
The coaching questions should feel like little doors opening — helping her notice what is already there.
The yoga gets her into her body.
The question lets her listen.
✨ The 8-week coaching thread
🌱 Week 1 — ARRIVE
Theme: Slow down.
After the practice:
“What becomes possible when I stop rushing?”
And perhaps:
“What would it feel like to give myself permission to simply be here?”
Tiny, gentle. No journalling homework required.
👁️ Week 2 — NOTICE
Theme: Pay attention.
“What have I been noticing that I've been too busy to listen to?”
And:
“Where in my life am I saying ‘I'm fine’ when something else might be true?”
This starts moving beyond the mat without becoming heavy.
🌊 Week 3 — MOVE
Theme: Ease and possibility.
“Where could I bring a little more ease into my life?”
And:
“If I stopped forcing things, what might I do differently?”
Beautifully connected to your teaching around breath and fluidity.
💪 Week 4 — STRENGTHEN
Theme: Strength.
“What does being strong mean to me now?”
Not what society says.
Not what she could do at 30.
What does strength mean in this chapter?
Then:
“Where am I already stronger than I realise?”
That's a lovely coaching conversation.
🌿 Week 5 — RESTORE
Theme: Rest and receiving.
“What am I carrying that I don't need to carry anymore?”
And:
“What would change if I stopped believing I have to earn rest?”
This could be particularly powerful for women who have spent decades looking after everyone else.
💗 Week 6 — LISTEN
Theme: What do I need?
This might be the heart of the coaching thread.
“If I really listened to myself, what would I hear?”
Then:
“What do I need more of?”
“What do I need less of?”
Simple questions. Potentially huge answers.
🏡 Week 7 — RETURN
Theme: Choice and self-trust.
“What helps me come back to myself?”
And:
“What choice could I make this week that is genuinely mine?”
This is where she begins taking the practice into her life.
✨ Week 8 — FEEL ALIVE
Theme: Her next chapter.
This is where the coaching can open right out.
After the final practice:
“When do I feel most alive?”
Then:
“What do I want more of in this next chapter?”
And finally:
“What am I ready to choose for myself now?”
That last question could be incredibly powerful.
🌸 It’s part of your teaching
You don't need to make everyone sit down and journal for 20 minutes.
You can simply ask the question and give them space.
Perhaps:
“You don't need to find an answer immediately. Just let the question sit with you.”
Then a minute of quiet.
That is very much in keeping with your teaching.
Notice. Breathe. Feel. Listen.
The coaching isn't something separate you've bolted on.
It's woven into the practice.
And this gives us your deeper method
We're beginning to see that Come Home & Feel Alive has three layers:
🧘♀️ BODY
Move, strengthen, breathe, rest.
💗 SELF
Notice, listen, trust.
✨ LIFE
Choose, explore, create a next chapter that feels alive.
That's where your life-coaching qualification becomes really useful.
You're not trying to teach women how to become “better versions” of themselves.
You're creating space for them to hear themselves again.
“I don't have to rush. I can come home to myself.”
🌱 WEEK 1 — ARRIVE
The theme
Slow down. Breathe. Feel supported.
This is the foundation of the whole programme.
Before we ask her to strengthen, change, improve or achieve anything, we teach her how to arrive.
🎥 1. Your short teaching
I'd make this around 5–8 minutes.
You could talk naturally, rather than reading a script.
The message is essentially:
You've spent a lot of your life doing things for other people.
This week isn't about adding another thing to your list.
It's about stopping for a moment.
Feeling your feet.
Feeling the support underneath you.
Noticing your breath. You don't need to change anything.
Just begin to notice where you are.
From here, we'll start to build a practice that belongs to you.
And then introduce your beautiful principle:
“We're working with your own pace, with your own breath rhythm.”
That's you.
🧘♀️ 2. The ARRIVE practice
I'd make this 15–20 minutes.
Not a hard yoga class.
A welcoming practice.
Beginning
Settling into a comfortable position.
Notice:
the support of the earth
the breath
areas of tension
areas of ease
Gentle movement
Small, accessible movements connected to the breath.
Nothing forced.
Nothing that needs to look a particular way.
Gradually expand
Move through a few simple whole-body movements.
Encourage her to find her own pace.
Pause
Come back to stillness.
Notice what has changed.
Rest
Finish with your words:
“When you've done enough, you're resting.”
And give her time.
Not 30 seconds of pretending to rest before rushing onto the next thing.
Actual rest.
🌿 3. Her tiny invitation for the week
I wouldn't give her homework.
I'd give her something she can carry into ordinary life:
The ARRIVE moment
Once a day, pause for one minute.
Feel your feet.
Notice your breath.
Notice where you are.
And ask:
“Can I arrive here?”
That's it.
She doesn't have to journal about it.
She doesn't have to tick a box.
She doesn't have to report back.
She simply begins practising the skill of arriving.
💬 4. The live session
Keep this around 30–45 minutes.
A simple structure:
5 mins — arrive together
15 mins — gentle practice
10 mins — questions/reflection
5 mins — rest and close
And one question you might ask:
“What did you notice when you stopped trying to get somewhere?”
That could open up some really beautiful conversation.
✨ What Week 1 needs to accomplish
Not weight loss.
Not flexibility.
Not fitness.
Not transformation.
Just this:
She feels safe enough to slow down.
She experiences your teaching.
She feels the difference between rushing through a practice and actually being present.
And hopefully, at the end, she thinks:
“Oh. I like this.”
That is exactly where we want her.
Meet the Team
