My yoga practices are designed to support you in feeling calmer and more centered, cultivating presence in the midst of our busy lives. I teach individual and group classes, both in person and online.
Essential oils work in harmony with yoga: encouraging physical and emotional health and healing. In my workshops you will discover how to use essential oils for greater health, emotional support and resilience.
